If I could give zero stars I would. I placed in order online at 4:15pm and scheduled the delivery to be at 5:45 pm. Clock hit 5:50 and no pizza so I checked the estimated delivery time and it had changed to 6:19pm-6:29 pm. I called the store and asked about it and they said that they had a lot of orders and would get it over ASAP and would comp our meal. Well, at 6:14 pm it said the pizza was delivered. No pizza. This had never happened to me before but today this is how my pizzas were delivered
The lady who answers the phones is rude and provides no help. If you have issues with your order, calling the store doesn’t help. FYI.
Double charged my card and cannot reach anyone who can put me in charge with the owner to reimburse me. Close to $50, multiple attempts with corporate as well for over 2 months.
