I'd give 0 stars if I could. We've ordered 3 times and each time our pizza arrives undercooked. The third time we ordered we had a credit which we used and requested our pizza "well done". It arrives 1 hour later and cooked exactly the same as every other time. We have to put it in the over for 15 minutes in order for the bottom to be cooked through and not be doughy.
