I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at this Pizza Hut. My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:07 PM, but it turns out they had it sitting in the back the whole time. No one bothered to let us know it was ready until 7:12 PM. That’s over an hour of waiting for no reason. Extremely unorganized and frustrating. I expect better communication and customer service.

I hardly do reviews, but this is the day I will. I ordered for delivery and it provided an ETA, which was 25-35 minutes, which is fine. Then I saw that the time it gave had passed and it was not here. I was still waiting another 10 minutes, thinking maybe they had other deliveries, when I called the store and told them what the status was.
