So had the grandkids and decided to get personal pan pizza because all kids like different things on their pizza so I called Pizza Hut the older lady that answered the phone also delivered the food got my order completely screwed up. First of all I ordered cheese sticks. I got cheesy bread that’s not what I ordered. I ordered the original bone in wings. I got boneless wings with buffalo sauce. Drivers are nice but don't always read delivery instructions which makes food cold.

Made my pizza wrong so they just threw two pieces of pepperoni on each slice and put it back in the oven, which in turn, they overcooked it. It’s burnt, it’s gross, it’s disgusting. Shame on Pizza Hut.i (tried) to post some pics of our hand tossed pepperoni and what they did to the wrong thin n crispy.

Had an issue with a late order not being delivered and still being charged the staff was very friendly and helpful and kept in communication until problem was handled it timely fashion, will order again.

Delivered. Still warm upon arrival. Got Large Works, hand tossed, marinara sauce, minus mushrooms, plus pineapple. Very good. Also got Cinnabun mini-rolls. Good, but could have used more icing.
