I’m so pissed my food didn’t get here til almost an hour I get the food my drinks that I ordered I didn’t receive and also my pizza was Burnt and cold my kids didn’t even eat it I had to throw it away and I want my money back they have me on hold for the longest and they waiting til the close that’s ok I will email corporate
The person taking my order, stopped in the middle of me telling her my toppings, to ring somebody out that just came in while I’m ordering, then she wanted tell me something I was trying to order wasn’t available in certain flavor and it was, then they was charging $1.75 for parmesan cheese and $.75 for dipping sauce, not extra sauce, but the first dipping sauce. Ordered chicken Alfredo wcheese sticks today and a small pepperoni pizza. I was delivered two small meat lover pizzas. Called the store and they had me on hold for 30 minutes. Better off reordering everything.
Location on S. Deshon is horrible! They mess up every single order that we've made and make it super hard to get a refund, even when you don't receive the food.
