Horrible pizza and the staff are slow and rude
My experience with Pizza Hut was absolutely unacceptable and honestly shocking. The staff behavior was beyond unprofessional — it was outright disrespectful and aggressive. Instead of providing basic customer service, employees were rude, dismissive, and crossed all professional boundaries. They raised their voices, made personal comments, and even resorted to direct insults. This is completely unacceptable in any business.
