They are constantly running out of product. They are never on time when you order. Attitudes like we are bugging them for ordering pizza. I will be going to other pizza places around Groveport. Papa John’s, Donatos, Little Italy, Grapevine, Kingys.

Ordered through Doordash today 10/9/26. Dasher arrived at the location at 5:35 ish. The app said delivery would be 5:46-5:51. Still waiting at 7:25. The first Dasher left, and I can't say I blame him. Pizza Hut canceled the order at 7:41. They won't get my business again.

We ordered a $50 order tonight and the DD driver handed my husband a box of breadsticks and admitted to him he handed it to the wrong person and said he wouldn't go back to the store. So we called the store number and the call center patched him through to the store just to be kept on hold for 1 hr and 45 mins. We hung up and chatted with a rep on the website, now we're waiting for a manager to call us back....lets see if that actually happens. Worst customer service! Would not reccomend this location
