Went through for carryout. Was greeted by cristina and I must say she had the best attitude and personality. Read the order back to me based off of the receipt. Even though they were busy she took the time to ask if there was anything else I needed and greet professionally.
I’m beyond disappointed with the service at this Pizza Hut location. Every time I place an order for pickup, it’s never ready on time- I end up waiting at least 30 minutes after the quoted pickup time, even for something as simple as two personal pan pizzas. The drive-through is no better. You can sit there for 10 minutes or more before anyone even acknowledges you, and often, that only happens after you’ve had to yell to get someone’s attention. If you like reheated pizza...then this is the place for you
Third time we’ve gone and they don’t even open the drive thru window, waited more than 20 minutes and they never came to the window after placing an order on the app. Never again worst customer service and lazy people working there..:.
