Third time we’ve gone and they don’t even open the drive thru window, waited more than 20 minutes and they never came to the window after placing an order on the app. Never again worst customer service and lazy people working there..:.

Horrible customer service… I placed an order online it said 40 minutes for pick up which was ok. Then I go in once online said it was ready but I got told to wait another 18 minutes and I do. Then I go back after 18 minutes they said wait another 20 minutes at that point I asked what was going on with my order mind you it was only 3 personal pizza not a huge order and he said he didn’t know. If i could give half a rating I would. Pizzahut in 87th is poorly managed. 2 separate accounts where ive placed orders 1 hour ahead of time and when i go to pick after said pickup time im always told that its additional 20-30 mins wait time for the order to be fulfilled or left standing for 20-30 mins to even be attended when theres no one inside/outside

Currently waiting in drive thru line for 15 minutes. No movement either inside building or here in drive thru. Pathetic! Car in front probably has been here an extra five minutes. So sad.
