Horrible we ordered a pizza for delivery big dinner box due to our religion we can only eat in the night for the month. The tracker starts to delay and get further and further and we know the construction is blocking off all of Gibsonton and a section of 301 but we are literally a mile or so away. After waiting 45 minutes we call the store they attempt to do another delivery I don't know what happened to that because we never got confirmation of a second delivery so entire dinner is ruined and we will go without until tomorr... read more
Placed an online order, was delivered via doordash. He brought the wrong food, I called the store they agreed to resend the correct food, but they sent it via door dash again and the driver was expecting payment again. The driver had to leave without payment or tip due to pizza huts mistake, a complete waste of everyones time involved, just a giant disaster, won't be ordering from here again.
Wow this is so unacceptable, with it already being so difficult to get to this Pizza Hut with all the construction and closure there is. To then get home and open up my Pizza Hut and see something like this. This location has never been great to begin but Dam what type of trash is this. Who ever the girl that gave me this trash and whoever cook this trash on March 12, 2025 at 8:30 pm needs to get fired, you don’t serve this to any paying customer.
