Placed an order 08/13 at 100pm with an expected delivery time of 135. At 230 I called the store was on hold for 35 min with zero answer. Decided to try the chat function after waiting there for 5 min they essentially told me there was nothing they could do but have a manager reach out to me. So here we are at 315pm no food no refund. Over all horrible experience they essentially told stole my money
I'm writing this review after going here several times in the past 1.5 months due to how close it is. We ordered pick-up and paid in full online for 2 stuffed crust pizzas that had raw dough in parts and wasn't cut through. The crust looks like it just had butter brushed on it to give the appearance of color. The service here isn't consistent at all. One pizza will be good the other, not.
