Ordered a deal that included boneless wings but I didn’t get them when the pizzas were delivered
I Oder a personal meat lover this past Saturdays April 06/2025 over the phone and they told me that it would be ready in 20 minutes at which I pick it up in 30 minutes.. I went to the one on chagrin in shaker hts ..when I got there I had to wait at least 4min and this girl ask me for my name and said it’s not ready She was putting up boxes and did not get to it smh and she told me I could wait another 15min 20min and she can make me one..what the heck .. The workers are terrible. Your food will sit there for 20 minutes and they do not come to the counter to give it to you. The worker with the ankle monitor has the worst attitude. I saw her being rude to several customers.
Didn’t have food i ordered and also made the pizza wrong had to wait a hour for my food to be made right . Needs new management or some adults working in this establishment.
