Terrible service from manager. Website had an issue that selected cash for my payment when I had a card selected. When I called the manager to pay for my food with a card, he left for several minutes then came back and said there was nothing he could do. Did not offer any guidance whatsoever while I stood with the DoorDash driver outside and food I couldn’t pay for, just kept saying the order was closed and nothing else. Hands down the WORST pizza hut I have ever tasted in my life. EVERY TIME I go there the pizza tastes like it has been sitting out for 8 hours and just reheated in the microwave I do not recommend try somewhere else
Best costumer service i have ever got from the guy didnt got his name. pizza look amazing and taste even better the guy working by himself and still give me and another person a good service definitely going back
What happened to these guys? We pay a ton more money and get way less! What a shame because, in the old days we would look forward to going to pizza hut. Now we hold our breath wondering what will go wrong this time. Ingredients are never fresh and our orders are never hot even when we go ourselves to pick it up! I wish there was an alfy's close by! Unfortunately they are closing left and right! I will not, ever go back to pizza hut! Its not worth the money or the time!!
