Never again will I order from here! Placed my order on the app, arrived a few minutes early and paid. Was told it was almost done. Sat over 20 minutes while others came in and got their pizza and left. The cashier repeatedly looked over at me waiting, yet said nothing. I finally asked where my order was and they said my order “disappeared” , yet the manager had my receipt with my order on it in her hand. I stated I wanted a refund. This unit's management/ownership outright doesn't care enough about its customers to part with a single trash-can liner. I live and work in the neighborhood and walked over to pick up; when I left a heavy rain was falling and the employee working the register denied my request for a trash bag to cover the order's cardboard boxes. Where I work I would be only too glad to give a customer a trash-can liner in the rain.
