Your Billboard stated that you had a $12.99 lovers.Deal pizza. When I went into order such a deal , they told me it was no longer a promotion , but you failed to take down the sign. Any other business that has a promotional sign out is required to honor such promotions and you have not taken your down and so you are lying to your public. I find this very rude business practice.
