My mom and I ordered the Big Dinner Box from the Pizza Hut on Fifth Avenue. We upgraded to a meat lovers pizza, and a regular pepperoni pizza. We received our meat lovers, but not the pepperoni. It was just a cheese pizza. We made several attempts to get this rectified, but we kept getting the runaround. There was one point in time that they connected to the Witchita, Kansas location. Pizza Hut just delivered the worst pizza ever. It’s soggy and barely warm. Can’t figure out why it’s barely warm when the restaurant is less than 5 min away. This pizza was just awful. Paid extra for a pan pizza that was soggy. I’ve never had a bad pizza until now. This pizza is so soggy it’s wet and stuck to the box! What I was able to taste was just bad. I just threw it out. Now I now why the driver didn’t meet me and just left the pizza. Embarrassment!
I've had great service from this location. There was a time that this location was closed quite often but they have great staff now.
