Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Long story short, placed delivery, no pizza 1.5 hours later, staff would answer then leave phone off hook. Had to drive up to location, asked for refund, “manager and employee argued with me about how it wasn’t there fault, they are short staffed etc… Wouldn’t give me a refund, said they didn’t care about my pizza and told me to go back there and do there job cause I said it’s not that hard. Told manager I’d be reaching out to corporate and he/she said “they won’t fire me bud”. What a jok... read more
I ordered 5 toppings, and it didn't have enough meat . It look like it had enough meat for 2 toppings.
I ate a large pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños, I gave the employe my name on the order but he said it was in the oven it was actually ready inside the warmer, after a little while more a more experience worker came in an gave me my pizza out of the warmer, the pizza was very expensive 21 dollars an some change but was really good.
little blonde girl at the front cutting the pizzas ignored me for over 15 minutes. Helped every other customer.
I hate that the pizza is burnt and we wasted money never will come back super disappointed in the service for the pizza
