El manager tenía muy mala actitud y mal servicio, pedimos una orden y ellos la enviaron a través de Doordash y el driver nunca llegó, fuimos a reclamar a la tienda y el manager fue muy grosero
Had workers making pizzas vaping and blowing the vape all over the ingredients while making pizza. Was told 15 minutes when ordered online, showed up 15 minutes later and on there screen said was ready and they said still making would be another 8-10 minutes. Who ever manager is needs to address issues, used to be a great family atmosphere, place has gone down hill bad.
Worst pizza hut in Odessa. Staff is absolutely horrible to customers. Manager is a joke who doesn't take her job serious at all. Ended up with food poisoning after eating here.
Change your closing times. Sunday through Thursday you close at 11:00 pm. Not midnight.
Jesus does not like his job. I felt like a burden. Rude basically talked down to me. I was ordering but he kept looking and asking my husband instead of listening to me order. Also while eating he let out a big burp like we weren't even here. Only thing with food is they always put to much marina.
