This Pizza Hut seems to have perfected the art of turning basic competence into an unreasonable expectation. The lack of urgency, accountability, professionalism, and basic customer-service skills is remarkable. Excellence clearly isn’t the goal here. Apparently, simply showing up is considered sufficient.
I’m from out of state visiting I have called thru out the week n the answering service when they transfer me to the store no one answers they have done this more then 5 xs its so annoying I love yalls pizza but damn why dnt yall answer n answering service dnt help they keep transferring me when I have told them over n over I can’t order cause they dnt answer or leave me waiting this is ridiculous very disappointed Pizza Hut
They need more staff working to fulfill the orders on time but other than that it’s always correct order from this Pizza Hut !
Enrique and the other young man working today was absolutely awesome!! Best customer I’ve had in a long time. So ty!!
