Uncooked pizza, and cold some spots not follow order request.
Honestly super disappointed in this pizza hut. They didn't put any icing on our cinnamon rolls and the tried to give us the wrong icing. Plus our hand tossed pizzas were super flat and looked like they'd been left out a long time.
Ordered 9 pizzas, arrived 20 minutes later to pick up my order, and what I discovered upon arrival was hard to believe. First they couldn’t find my order. Then when I told them it was 9 pizzas, the guy nonchalantly says “oh, we cancelled the order because we ran out of dough!” And I’m like, wth! So they cancel my order, and wait for me to come to the store to tell me?! And guess what, no “sorry”. Ridiculous.
Ordered Pizza 7.34pm and the pizza is not ready at 8:30pm. I am here at the location and they say, we have received order for only 1 pizza and there are no orders for 2nd pizza and garlic naan. The lady said, let me call my manager and vanished. The staff members seems arguing with each other and it shows clear indication that they are not happy with the job or within their working conditions. Anyways I am still waiting for my 2nd Pizza and Garlic naan and the staff member to showup and bless me with my order.
