Are they putting hot sauce in their pizza sauce now? Had to throw away 6 pizza because it was to spicy for the kids.

Not only did they mess up my order, I specifically spoke to the manager to clarify the order. When I called to tell them they messed up the manager gaslighting me saying I was mistaken and he tried to tell me I did not communicate properly which I 1000% did and clarified the order multiple times. Also the manager wanted to charge me for extra sauce on the wings. Absolutely atrocious management and service. Ordered $50 worth of food. Ordered extra sauce and didn’t get that on the pizza. A got BBQ wings that had barely any sauce on them. Do not get the cinnamon rolls, they look nothing like the picture on the website or app and they literally used pizza dough to make it. It is such false marketing. And they forgot the ranches I paid for. Horrible experience.

Order was late (estimated pickup time was 7:22 but order wasn’t ready until well after 8). We were told they gave one of our pizzas to another customer and had to remake . Unfortunately the other one was done on time but it seems that they let it sit out for the 35-40 minutes while they remade first one so it was stone cold when we got it. Pizza was also burned, no toppings within 2-3 inches of crust, and the pan dough was flat. So disappointing.
