ordered online for pepperoni and got a cheese instead asked the black guy with dreads at the counter if it could just be remade he rather give me a refund instead He seemed overwhelmed and working in food places you get that sometimes but that’s apart of the job hopefully he can learn to overcome that and still give quality service
I had a recent order be delivered with wrong or missing items and a messed up pizza. After dealing with the chat bot I called the store and the manager on duty instantly took care of the issue and went out of his way to not only resolve but displayed amazing customer service and care with how he dealt with me. Thank you!!
