I called in my order at 7:15 and was told would be delivered in about 40 mins. After an hr and a half I called the store only to be told that I never called originally lol. I figured out that my call might have went to the call center and there was only 1 person at the store however the guy was rude as hell and my order still took over an hour to arrive. A simple apology would have changed my opinion of this store, but instead I got a guy with an attitude rushing me through my order like I made the mistake.
Horrible!! I ordered my puzza at 9pm and never received it!! After calling to check on it twice. Never again will I order from this pizza hut!
RecommendedThe customer care I recieved from this location and pizza chain has been unmatched. I used the app to order some wings for myself and a few co-workers as well as a two liter. I did not have my card to verify the 16 digit number on the front so I went from memory well needless to say the app went on to approve the order Little to my knowledge that the number i had used was wrong!
