Delivery guy came driving up with huge Trump flag on the back of his truck. I don't care who you are voting for but when you are working, you should be professional. He did not have a mask and stood quite close. The seals on the boxes were almost completely ripped off. The pizza was missing toppings. We are not from this area but will not order from this location next time we visit.
Store was shown as open, but no one was in store. Call center was no help, as they only wanted to transfer to an empty store. Had to call corporate to initiate a refund due to this mess. May take up to 48 hours...
RecommendedDelicious!! Ordered online for delivery. Food arrived in less than 30 minutes, hot and perfect!!

you could answer your phone, since I ordered food for delivery at 11:45.....your driver took the order back to the store.....I've been trying to call for over 90 minutes. I have been transferred to your stupid main line more than 12 times, and it rings then disconnects because nobody answers. I got a general manager and he told me complaints are handled "in house"....and transferred me to a line that rang and then disconnected. Literally the worst Pizza Hut EVER! TWICE now they have FAILED to delivery our food and when we call MULTIPLE times they refuse to answer and then when they do they try to blame the fact that they are incapable of delivering pizza on you! Absolutely the worst customer service! I Never leave reviews like this but the complete disrespect I received for their inabilities is absolutely ridiculous. I highly recommend the Pizza Hut in Princeton pike vs this one!!!!!!
Deliver timed orders on time and cook the food all the way
I just moved nearby and I have ordered this pizza hut twice and both times i have had issues with it. The first time the pizza was nasty and this time yall forgot my marinara sauce and Everything I ordered comes with it. Get it together please.
