I had several bad experiences with this Pizza Hut a couple of years ago. Since then I had not ordered from them. I decided this weekend to try again, thinking that maybe they had improved. I called and was put on hold for 3 1/2 minutes. Hung up and tried again, on hold another 2 minutes. I guess they are just not interested in my business.
