my kids get it at school and my daughter says it was nasty and she wont eat the pizza she gets at lunch she would rather pack her lunch
It had quickly gone down hill. Service is bad, never have good help in there, and you might as well not bother calling cuz they don't answer the phones. Wait time is always 10-15 minutes longer then what they say.
Tried to place an order online to get the online only deal, order will not go though. IT says to call the store, I called them and they state they can not give online deals over the phone. When I explained the online order wont go though they said try again but they cant do anything over the phone. I tried again and now it says sorry this store is no longer excepting online orders.
So frustrated with this place. I order my pizzas on line because they don’t answer their phone most of the time or put you on hold for way too long. I ordered pizza tonight (on line) got my confirmation email saying it would be ready at 555PM. Went to pick it up, no order for us. When I called to see what happened, I was told they have no control over on line orders. Seriously I always order that way. The fact that they actually answered the phone when I called is amazing. Needless to say we ate Dairy Queen.
Nice staff. Had a problem for the first time today. We were given the wrong pizza, but the staff quickly corrected it and were very courteous about it. Thanks!

This Pizza Hut is awful. I will never go back. Stay away from here!!!!!! The pizza sucked
