I really wish that before comfirming an order we would know how long the wait would be. This way one could decide to have it delivered or to have it carried out. Or if we want to continue to place that order and wait rhat long. Pizza Hut is my favorite type a pizza but within the past year. It just seems to have gone down. Today I ordered delivery at 5.34pm and did not recieve my pizza, I called at 7.46 and the pizza was still at the store have not even left. So I cancel why should I continue to wait. This is just sad.
I don't think I've had a personally positive experience with this pizza hut in the past few months. each time I RELUCTANTLY order from here and each time I'm reminded why I'm didn't want to in the first place. First time I waited three hours, got a cold pizza and a hard cookie then my phone call disconnected when I tried to get to the bottom of my issue. I've been waiting on a to go pizza for an hour!!!! This is ridiculous !!!!! Would not recommend going to this one at all!!!!!
Normally I have no problem when I order from Pizza Hut oh but today they on some bullshit pizza cold as hell and they calms it just had came out oven Yeah Right! But I just don't have the energy today so with that being said Pizza Hut you will never get by business ever again!!!!!
Would not recommend this Pizza Hut to anyone. Took over an hour to get our order. Was not even a dellivery order, was a pick up. When we finally got it the pizza was burned. Will not ever go back to this location again.
I really want this pizza hut to get it togetherI mean I love your pizza but their customer service is terrible I starved last night because I was stuck at home with no car so even though I ordered delivery they called me and basically said if I can't come get it I was out of luck because they were backed up! Smh
—This is one of the worst pizza huts I've ever ordered from. They were 2 to 3 hrs late delivering the pizza, so I decided to give them a call after 30...pizza was cold too.
One of the worst pizza huts in town. Staff is rude and every single time I call I get put on hold for 10 minutes or more. Definitely needs new management.
