Horrible!!! Can’t even read simple directions as extra sauce!!!
Ordered 3 6 piece wings. One buffalo medium one buffalo mild one buffalo blazin hot. All three was blazin hot. Why ask a customer how they want them if their going to use one sauce! On a side note they got the garlic knots right.
Placed an order online and waited the 45-55 minutes it quoted. Get there and the doors are locked (at 8:15 pm) and no one is responding to the drive-thru window. Call the phone number, no one answers so it goes to their call center in TN. They try to call the store and they don't answer either. We've always had at least decent experiences here (food usually done correctly, sometimes a bit of a wait but at least it was right), but tonight was just ridiculous. Glad I didn't have to pay online.
My husband just picked up a large, deep pan, meat lovers at this location and is on his way back with it!!IT WAS BURNED! !! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED TO SEND OUT SOMETHING LIKE THAT!!!
Delivery takes more than an hour than what they had said. Called 3 times and were very unprofessional. Cold pizza unhappy customer.!!!! �
My order was 2 HOURS LATE. I called twice and had been put on hold for 15 mins just to be told the manger wasn't there. And to call BACK in 15 mins. My pizza is COLD and they forgot the spinach on my SPINACH AND BACON PIZZA.
This place this the absolute worst place to order pizza from, no one in the store seem capable of doing anything. Ordered pizza at 5:15 it's now 8:50 and still no food. Called 5xs and no result at all. Never ordering from here ever!!!!!
