I was just the delivery person. I didn't even know what the order was. But I showed up right on time. The screen read my name with the word ready next to it. There were several people in front of me and a few standing by who had already been taken care of. My ticket had been misplaced, and my food had to be made all over again. I have not had Pizza Hut in over 10 years. Decided tonight to give it a try because I was feeling lazy and it seemed easy. Just wow- it’s so gross it was almost hard to believe just how poor quality the food is. I immediately realized why I’ve skipped this place for over a decade.
Excellent communication and employee activity on all levels of management. Superior customer service skills.
