Delivery estimate was 1 hour and 15 minutes. I called at 1 hour 30 minutes and the guy on the phone said "it's sitting on the shelf here, we're busy, sorry". No estimate how long it would take to get out the door, no call to say they are running late onthe already ridiculous 1:15 minutes to get a pizza. No offer to send the pizza for free. So incredibly disappointed. I cancelled the order. Things happen, call the customer to let them know.
