Absolutely the worst Pizza hut known to man this location. today placed an order with them and the driver refused to come and deliver it to the room but yet if you look on my order history we've had over 20 drivers in the last 90 days bring the pizza to my door. you can't just pick and choose when you want to blame covid-19 call it what it is pure laziness of not wanting to do your job. I ordered online at 6:50pm paid with my card. I got the email with my Conformation number and what time my pizza will be delivered which was 7:25 pm. Heard nothing else. At 7:35 I called the store and asked if my pizza was out for delivery. The manager Evan processed to tell me that my card got declined and he had tried to call me 2 time but went to voicemail. It was horrible service. We received a pizza basically smushed after we waited an hour. Then the manager Kaylee said I would need wait 30 more minutes to get a new one out didn't even offer to waive the fees...this is why Pizza Hut is not what it used to be. We stopped using Pizza Hut 2 years ago because of there wait time and now it looks like the choice of employees has now gone down too.
So last time i ordered they forgot my drinks which wasnt a big deal but i was told i would get a credit, how much, idk but a credit is credit. So i order today online and asked about my credit. Delivery was 20mins late and the delivery guy says he knows nothing about my credit even and they rang me in as a new customer??? Really ive been ordering from here for over a year now yall really didnt want to credit me huh???
Pizza was raw, forgot 3 toppings, and wings had no sauce. Disgusting, I couldn't eat it and when I called the store no answer for 20 minutes.
