Left on hold for 10 minutes today! Got here guy at front has no idea what he's doing and no one is helping him phone is ringing and no one can get through just terrible....
Thank you for the rotten food. It is disgusting. And it sinks, So disappointed.
This was the last straw.... Horrible experience as it took this location over 10 minutes before they even answered the phone to greet us... We waited over an hour for our delivery and the pizza was not only cold, but tasted like it was covered in a pound of salt. This location is so unprofessional and every time we order from them there is an issue... We are done!
This is the worst pizza hut I've ever been to , literally I've stopped eating at pizza hut because of how they treat customers & my food is never right ....
The pizza I ordered at 7:24p didn't arrive until 9:16p and it was horrible. Over cooked (burnt) or it had been sitting under the heat lamps too long. Pics will go up.
Pizza and breadsticks were terrible tonight. Both had obviously been sitting under the heat lamp for quite a while. The breadsticks were tough and not hot. The pizza was poorly made and the pepperoni was a strange color (probably because it had been sitting so long). This location is consistently disappointing.
