They are always late with the food and paying nearly 30 dollars for pizza and sticks this is ridiculous !

I live one block away. Took them 33 mins from the time it sent a text before the deliver person got here. On top of that, he wasn’t even that nice. He wasn’t rude, but he could have been more polite. Then of course the noodles are cold and rubbery bc the it took forever to get here. Horrible. I tried to call and speak with a manager. Was told the phone number goes to a call center she would have to try to get me in touch with the store. Was put on hold for twenty minutes and no one ever picked the line back up. Never again!! I ordered from the Pizza Hut app. I ordered a large pepperoni with onions. I received an undercooked, cold large cheese with onions. Called the location, was told that’s what I ordered. No... I’m looking on the screen . Offered me a half credit. WTH? I don’t want a half credit from a place I will never order from again!!!!

I have never had such a bad experience at any establishment in my life. The customer service is horrible, and the food is exactly the same. My pizza wasn’t cooked completely, and there was extra sauce when I asked for light sauce. I wasn’t given any seasoning on my bread sticks as I had requested. I also paid for several ranches and didn’t receive any. This is the worst pizza hut I've ever encountered. Last time, one pizza was horribly sliced and the other wasn't sliced at all. This location seems to NEVER have any drivers and are the only location near me that delivers.

I placed an order at 5:55pm was told via app it would be delivered at 7:05pm. When I called at 7:20pm I was told the pizza was out for delivery at 7:16. I called back at 7:40 and after waiting on hold for a manager was told pizza wasn’t sent out until 7:49 which is while I was on the phone waiting for the manager. Horrible service.

I ordered online, my pizza was said to be here at 7:30 pm, here it is 8:05 no pizza yet. I called the store to ask where my pizza was at, and was told it was on the way, and should arrive at 8:15, the lady that answered the phone certainly lacked in customer service skills. I will not make the mistake of ordering from them again

Terrible service never going here again. Order took an hour longer than it was supposed to and they ran out of pan crust and didn't say anything when I payed and that's what I ordered

I tried to order food tonight, but delivery is closed? and then I was put on hold for 5 minutes when I tried to call... come on, y'all can do better!! This isn't the first time that I've had issues with this Pizza Hut either.
