Placed an online order to be carried out, and the app said it would be ready at 9:49 PM. Pulled in the drive-thru behind a vehicle, and had to wait over 10 minutes before a worker took the persons order. Once I got to the window, I told the worker I had a mobile order. They had the pizza ready, but not the breadsticks or cinnamon rolls. Was told to pull up by the door, and had to wait over ANOTHER 10 minutes for all of my food.
