The service is sooooo bad. – I had eaten at a Pizza Factory in St. George and really liked the food, so I found the restaurant closest to home and tried it. Unfortunately, I can't rate the food because the service was soooooo bad that I just didn't get there. They seated me in an isolated area by myself, I suppose because it was the only area that had a table for two. And I thought, "I'll bet they're going to forget I'm there." Customer Service Lacking – We called ahead because we had a large group, but even with the reservation we had to wait to be seated because our table was not ready. The food was fine, I would just be wary of the beverages because several of us found gnats in our drinks. Our server took her time, even though we had asked for our checks several times. Not a great lunch experience due to poor service.

Best Breadsticks – Pizza Factory has it's good dishes and it's not so good (as most places do). My favorite part is building my own pasta dish. You have numerous choices of pastas, sauces, and toppings. Plus no one can beat their breadsticks!
