I came in to pick up one pizza, which was already sitting on the pickup counter. The restaurant was not busy — there were only two tables. I waited while the employee served multiple pizzas and a drink to dine-in customers. When she finally asked what I was picking up, I showed her my Uber Eats screenshot, and she told me, “I can’t read.” I was confused by the response, especially since she did not ask me for the name on the order or try to clarify. Ordered pizza on my way home said delivery roughly 45 mins. Ok good I'm 30 mins from home. Get home doing misc stuff. 2 hours go by. Call in they say they dont have anyone tonight for delivery. Wait then why was I able to click delivery and 2nd why didnt anyone call me to notify me. So I get my keys to drive in to get it.
