Staff behind the counter did not follow my instructions. As for lettuce to be added to my sandwich, the Philly steak and cheese. Called back to verify my order was placed correctly. Staff said they will call me back and never did. As you can see according to the picture.

PIZZA BOLI'S HAS THE BOGO FREE DEAL ON MONDAYS WHICH IS WONDERFUL. HOWEVER THEY KNOW IT'S A GLITCH ON THEIR SYSTEM AND CUSTOMERS ARE UNABLE TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THIS DEAL. I HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES AND WAS INFORMED THAT OTHER CUSTOMERS HAVE COMPLAINED AS WELL. PLEASE CORRECT THIS PROBLEM IF NOT IT SEEMS LIKE A BAIT AND SWITCH DEAL.
