I had a Chicken Cheesesteak w/Provolone, and I added my own Pepperjack Cheese. The sub was good, the only problem was that they added MSG. I knew because after eating it, I got a headache. I called and the guy that answered, acknowledged of which I appreciated. (Note to self, the next time I order, be sure to let them know not to add MSG. I tell the Asians, as well)

I had a pick up order and was trying to get someone attention. They was all in the back. I said hello and one of the male staff looked at me before looking away. I called out again and he looked at and looked away. I had to call the store phone so I could just get someone to the front. I usually don't have problems here but this was just to crazy for me to even return. Also the front is very unsecured. If no one is at the front a customer can walk thru the back and no one would notice.

I ordered 5 orders of large chicken wings for a school event. When I received the order the wings where little, some where over cooked and some where still pink in the inside and the flavor was nasty. Needless to say none of my students or colleagues ate them and I wasted my money. I called the store to see if they could reconcile this matter but I kept getting the run around and when I finally spoke to someone she was very unprofessional and told me the manager was going to call me and I have yet to speak to anyone.
