I order a pizza online with instructions that I believed were simple but for some reason wasn’t clear enough for the rude worker on the other line. I simply just wanted an extra large half cheese half pep pizza after I had to pay for pepperoni due to there options on the app. Overall just wish he didn’t curse me out for getting my order wrong, now I gotta buy a whole new cheese pizza from somewhere else smh

Ordered delivery & was told the delivery person cannot come to my front door, I must meet him at main door or car. If I’m being charged a delivery fee then my food should be delivered to my front door.
I want to start off by saying the customer service at Pizza Boli's was extremely disappointing. I asked for the employee’s name and he told me his name was “Ray.” His customer service was HORRIBLE. One of my pizzas was missing toppings, so I called and politely asked if they could send the correct pizza. “Ray” told me no, and instead said they would only credit me for the amount of the missing toppings on a future order.
