I ordered my pizza and crispy wings and the driver called to say he was here but was not was at a different address, then finally got to my address and the pizza was soggy on the bottom and it was almost cold. I've had better in the past not sure what pizza 73 is doing. I will never order from here again and will find somewhere else. What is the point in giving a buzzer number if the driver does not use it. The machines need to be updated as when I tried to tap it kept declining so I had to insert my card. Worst pizza experience ever, spent 60$ for an everyday box pizza had no cheese on it and undercooked, fries were the bottom of the bag and no curly fries in whole order and I called they told me they would replace order then called back and said this store would not replace order and offered me a $10 credit unbelievably disgusting and dissatisfied customer would 10/10 NoT recommend You value the feedback then you would replace the order without hesitation to ensure satisfied customers, and you wouldn’t cheat on your toppings... read more

I had called in an order for 12:15 pm delivery. They called me back to change the time as the store was busy. I agreed to the 35-45 min extension. I waited until 1:20 pm to see where my order was. It took them 15 minutes to figure it out. The call center agent never called the store back to confirm. I had 45 people wait until almost 3 pm for lunch. The customer service is awful and I will take my business elsewhere . I spend $250 or more when I Oder for work. This is totally unacceptable
