Never open as late as they say they are. Update your hours
This is the second time I’ve experienced the same dismissive behavior from this person. She lacked basic manners, offered no greeting when I said hello, and didn’t respond at all as I was leaving. My order was left sitting idle on the oven, as shown in the photo. When I called her, she just banged my order down and walked away, as if it didn’t matter. Please show some respect for your customers’ time and presence. You can see my pic order placed yesterday evening, this kind of behaviour is wrong
We ordered 3 pizzas and there was almost no sauce on any of them. I submitted a complaint regarding this twice but was not contacted. I finally got ahold of the corporate office after trying for over a week with my complaint and they told me that since it was over a week since I’d ordered the satisfaction guarantee did not apply and then did not respond when I pointed out that I had attempted to contact them immediately and been continually ignored. Not a company I will deal with again.
I ordered same chicken wings in 2 days and they made mistakes and never admit the mistake just arguing with me when I showed her the evidence . then I have to report this store
