Someone said I posted a 5 star review a year ago. If that was me , it was with a different stylist that at the time did a great job. After my fist visit I never received the same service from her again. Everything's fine when people take time to do a great job. When you're not happy with the service stylists assume no responsibility for ther actions. It's NOT RIGHT.
I don't know about anyone else, but $200.00 is alot of money. If I receive a good haircut and highlights I'm ok with that. When I come in with pictures of what I am expecting and walk out looking and feeling disappointed and worse about myself than when I walked in...than , NO I don't feel good about spending that kind of money. Lisa , a stylist at Pizzaz Salon wanted to give me a re do and refused giving me a refund. Why would I want a REDO OF THE CRAP SHE GAVE ME?? IM SO DISSATISFIED.
