I received the tree a little later, but its quality is much better than I ordered from other gardens. I will order more next year spring time.
I just had the most wonderful experience this past Saturday! I cannot find the words to express how AMAZING this place is and how equally amazing the family is as well! LOOK NO FURTHER! I orderd plants on 11 August and it is the 23rd of August and I have not recieved them. I'm working with the P.O. to track them but I need info from Pixies Garden and sent the two emails with no response from them. I would not recomend them due to this reason alone, they have my money I have no plants and they have not responed back to me on this issue.
After about three weeks there is no information on my online order. In addition, I had my credit card information stolen shortly after this order was placed. The thieves had my billing address and phone number. Pixie Gardens was the only purchase I had made with the card. Unfortunately, I could not get ahold of them by phone, only a voice recording. Buyer beware.
I gave it one star because I had to rate it...had I been able to, it would be a negative ZERO! This business (online) is HORRIBLE! It took two days shy of a month for me to receive my order, that's after (3) phone calls and two emails- with no replies, mind you! When I returned home from a business trip my wife had already taken them out and potted them due to them being dried out and looking worse than Charlie Brown's Christmas Tree!
