Dishonest, after sending me two FUNGUS diseased plants. FUNGAL DISEASE IS SYSTEMIC!!! SO IT CAN'T BE GOTTEN RID OF...AND IT SPREADS TO OTHER PLANTS. One hundred dollar plus tree I ordered is a dorsett apple tree that came with cedar rust (fungal disease) on almost every leaf. The second is Tex everbearing fig (that had the fungus fig rust on EVERY leaf). Yes they have a phone number, but you may only leave a message and they do not ever answer the phone. Scammer Alert!!!!!!!. bought 2 fruit trees from these scammers, after a week they told me they don't have the trees I asked for a refund and they claimed that that they've sent it, i called my bank they said i got nothing from these scammers. i will be disputing this with my bank. DO NOT attempt to buy anything from these these scammers!!!!

If I would give this place 0 stars I absolutely would-----Ordered a bunch of trees for my new property, but opted for a different kind. Within minutes I emailed the company and left a message giving them my order number and asking them to cancel. A week later the trees arrived at my house. I emailed them again and left another message asking why they were sent. No response. Immediately sent the trees back (For $37 shipping), and emailed and called again saying I wanted a refund. This Dwayne Knoxville, Tn. 37924. On 09/03/2020, I placed a order for two tree's. I never received a message that they were shipped, no tracking #. I have call a number of times, but I never get a answer, nor did they call me back, text, nothing. I am contacting my bank to stop payment. and contacting BB about this issue. I ordered 12/24/20 and received the merchandise within 2-3 weeks. I kept the tree inside until spring came. I then followed the directions and planted the first day of spring. The plant is growing great; . I am pleased. I will give them an outstanding rating. I live in Georgia so I will eventually go there to shop if I can. I would do inline shipping again.

After about three weeks there is no information on my online order. In addition, I had my credit card information stolen shortly after this order was placed. The thieves had my billing address and phone number. Pixie Gardens was the only purchase I had made with the card. Unfortunately, I could not get ahold of them by phone, only a voice recording. Buyer beware.
