I love my nails and the employees were very nice! Great service
My daughter and I went in for two pedicures. It was 5:15pm and I was aware they closed at 6pm. I asked if they had time to do two pedicures and the woman at the reception desk said yes, go pick your color. My daughter and I both wanted a no chip pedicure. When the lady who came to get us was told this she sighed really loudly and said “oh my God!” Even my daughter who is 12 noticed the reaction. 5 stars! I have to give a special shout-out to Michelle! She’s new here, but honestly, you would never know it. She was incredibly friendly, patient, and paid so much attention to every little detail. She made the whole experience so enjoyable, and my nails turned out beautiful. I can’t wait to come back. Thank you, Michelle!
Update July 8, 2026: Casey is nice, she is the one who welcomed me and also reached out to apologize for the service I received last week. She agrees on the hygiene best practice that the staff should either change gloves when handling cash during the service or let the front desk hold it. She has also offered me an upgraded pedi.
