Terrible customer service. They essentially stole $75 from us.
I've been a patient of Dr. Hollstrom's for a couple of years. He's gone above and beyond what any health caretaker should be expected to do. I'm an active athlete and he has shown extraordinary interest in what I do and how he can help. He's a third generation chiro and practiced for well over a decade in our community. I injured my back to the point where getting out of bed and walking were extremely painful and difficult. I immediately made an appointment to see Dr. B and less than 24 hours later I am pain free and almost back to normal. I am forever grateful for their care.
The whole Pivotal team is wonderful! I especially appreciate Dr. Brian's understanding of body mechanics. He educates as well as adjusts. I am so glad that I am well-educated and well-adjusted!
