We called for emergency service today (had a leak) and as busy as they were before the holidays, the tech was there within the hour and made sure we got a new tank and fill. Great customer service that was much appreciated!

Highly recommend! The receptionist was so polite and kind when making arrangements. We were originally told 5-7 days but when we ran out the day after I called to order, they got someone here same day. Pivotal propane went above and beyond to keep us warm which I appreciate with little ones at home.

I have a elderly friend who was turned down for propane which she is on a 300.00 budget and was turned down propane to heat her house. She's on ssi and can only afford a budget but still got turned down heat. Nobody especially elderly should never go without heat especially in this weather. have a heart and donate some propane. I'm sure it ain't gonna break you. this is what's wrong with this world care only about the ol mighty dollar...very disappointed.
We have been with Heath and pivotal since the inception of the business, and it was a decision we have never regretted. Heath and all his staff are always great. And they went above and beyond this week to keep us warm. Thank you to everyone at Pivotal Propane you're the best.
