After an exhausting day dealing with my vet trying to get a prescription for my dog I spoke with a friend about having pivot to fill the prescription. It was the best move I made all day. The staff was friendly, helpful beyond my wildest dreams. They were busy and still made me feel welcome. They were prompt and professional and a quarter of the cost of the vet for the same drug. . I highly recommend them and will be telling everyone I know.

When I first came to Kamloops, this pharmacy was fairly new, close by, and the service is quite decent. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been less positive with a new person at the counter. While the owner was apologetic, it made me question my patronage. The atmosphere is very clinical, which may appeal to some, but I’ve since realized I prefer a pharmacy that offers a more well-rounded experience, one that goes beyond simply dispensing medication.
