Sam at the front desk is so professional, organized and has the most amazingly calm demeanor. He is a pleasure to talk to upon arrival each session. Drew is very knowledgeable, professional, sympathetic, caring. My issues were resolved completely after working with him. I highly recommend this Pivot location to anyone needing this type of care.
I highly recommend going to Pivot physical therapy for any injury. Drew was extremely helpful and friendly. He helped me gain back a lot of confidence with my knee. Sam was also extremely helpful with my insurance and any questions I had. I will definitely be going back if I have any future injuries.
