Attentiveness is spot on, they put the clients first; they listen to what ails you. Warm and friendly staff. They put my mind at ease; I feel safe.
Therapists are very knowledgeable and genuinely care about their patients.
The therapists are the shinning stars of this particular location and deserve a five star rating. My grievance is with the way their business is conducted. Please feel free to correct me if other Pivot locations do not exhibit the same policies? I was first asked to make co-pays before my sessions began which was a little off-putting but I went along with the formality to start treatment. I attended 27 sessions and began making progress with my range of motion and had 13 more sessions before my benefits needed to be extended... read more
