Went in there for pelvic floor issues and was told their specialist doesn’t work with men. Men have pelvises too, you know.
Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Good vibe going in a bit of a quirky space for a PT facility. Excellent location on top of Metro and bus. These professionals care.
I had a great experience at Pivot Cleveland Park, most notably with PT Carly Cashman. She is incredibly knowledgeable, was always encouraging, and very patient with me. Dee, a part of the front desk team, is a breath of fresh air and is extremely helpful in all ways. Very thankful for this team- I highly recommend them!
The physical therapists were good, but I’m extremely disappointed in this company’s DECEPTIVE business practices. I received a bill that was much higher than expected, with additional charges buried in confusing language. They encouraged me to download their Athletico app and even texted me daily reminders to use it for my exercises, but never disclosed that this would come with an extra fee.
