unfortunately they were not knowledgeable enough to help me. i had full sessions where the therapists would scratch their head and i had to pay to be seen for them to stand around confused. i have improved at a different practice with experienced pts
I highly recommend Athletico/Pivot for PT. I received PT for balance and Carly was my therapist. She is outstanding in care, patience, and motivation. Carly listens to concerns and helps you understand the reasoning behind the exercises. She gets 5 stars. I also recognize the staff for their professionalism. They work with you to set up appointments and file insurance claims in a timely manor. 5 stars for the Connecticut Ave location.

Went in there for pelvic floor issues and was told their specialist doesn’t work with men. Men have pelvises too, you know.
