Five stars is inadequate for how wonderful and amazing Jenna is. I came to Jenna about a year after the birth of my second child, with upper back pain leaving me unable to sleep, hold my children, or walk without holding my head at a 45 degree angle, on top of a ranging case of postpartum depression. Instead of just treating my surface symptoms, Jenna traced my pain to my lower back (which wasn't even hurting!) She was so unbelievable knowledgeable. I finished up my sessions doing PT here and feel much better. My therapist, Ester, was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the option to book early morning appointments so that I could fit in my sessions before work.
There was a Pivot location at 1150 18th St. that is no longer appearing on the map, but I had one of the worst clinical experiences I’ve ever had there. Colin F. was my therapist and this man couldn’t care less about my condition. He did the bare minimum of what he was supposed to do and gave no advice on my treatment. Doesn’t respond to emails and to this day, even after switching providers, has done nothing to help me transition and receive my medical records.
