I was extremely impressed with Pivot Therapy. Brittany demonstrated each exercise and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a reverse shoulder replacement and I am doing great with her help. She was very friendly and made me feel as though I was a part of their Pivot family. Kim the office assistant made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help me solve a billing problem. When my therapy was finished I felt like I was losing friends. Thanks girls you made my therapy a wonderful experience.

couldn't have asked for better people they truly want you to get well and they push you to do it. Alice was absolutely great going in. I had doubt I was ever gonna walk right again after knee surgery, but guess what she did it. Everyone from the receptionist to the other girls, there couldn't have been better people, friendly, helpful, and truly just want the best for you.
Our therapist was kind and friendly. She was very patient with my son Who struggles with autism. She gave me a lot of important, detailed information.regarding his shoulder impingement. She kept me up-to-date after each session on how I could work with him At home on days where he did not have therapy. She also printed out a program for me to give to his personal trainer at the YMCA to be used and maintain consistency with his treatments.
Staff here are kind, helpful.
