Went here for post operative therapy after major ankle surgery. The entire staff there goes out of their way to make you feel welcome. The entire staff is invested in seeing you get better, not just your assigned therapist. They take the time to listen and develop a plan to get you back to normal as quickly and safely as possible. If you need physical therapy, THIS is where you need to go. Outstanding staff and facilities.
I had a great experience with the entire staff at pivot in Butler PA. My physical therapist, Alice, was supportive, extremely knowledgeable and pushed me through my entire therapy journey. Should I need PT again, I will specifically request her.
I was extremely impressed with Pivot Therapy. Brittany demonstrated each exercise and was very thorough and knowledgeable. I had a reverse shoulder replacement and I am doing great with her help. She was very friendly and made me feel as though I was a part of their Pivot family. Kim the office assistant made me feel so welcome and went above and beyond to help me solve a billing problem. When my therapy was finished I felt like I was losing friends. Thanks girls you made my therapy a wonderful experience.
I cannot recommend Pivot Physical Therapy enough, and I'm particularly impressed with Amber. From day one, she has been absolutely incredible to work with. couldn't have asked for better people they truly want you to get well and they push you to do it. Alice was absolutely great going in. I had doubt I was ever gonna walk right again after knee surgery, but guess what she did it. Everyone from the receptionist to the other girls, there couldn't have been better people, friendly, helpful, and truly just want the best for you.
